Consumer Description

TAKATA RECALL, I HAVE A 2010 FORD FUSION. I HAVE ONLY 62,000 MILES ON MY VEHICLE. I LEFT WORK WAS CROSSING A BUSY BRIDGE AND LOST MY POWER STEERING AND ADVANCED TRACKING AT THE SAME TIME. AS I WAS TURNING LEFT ONTO THE BRIDGE IN TRAFFIC I LOST CONTROL AND ALMOST WENT INTO THE SIDE OF ANOTHER VEHICLE. I BEGAN GETTING SERVICE POWER STEERING AND SERVICE ADVANCE TRACKING ALERTS. I HAVE RESEARCHED THIS SINCE IT HAPPENED NOVEMBER 28TH 2017. I FIND THERE WAS A RECALL FOR THE YEAR AFTER 2011. I CAN NOT BELIEVE MY SAFETY WAS IN JEOPARDY AND I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR A DEFECT THAT HAS AFFECTED MANY VEHICLES OF THE SAME YEAR. I NEED HELP.
