Consumer Description

WHILE TRAVELING S/B ON ROUTE 17 IN NEW JERSEY AT APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH I HEARD A LOUD GRINDING NOISE COMING FROM UNDER MY TRUCK AND THEN SUDDENLY MY FRONT WHEELS OF MY TRUCK LOCKED UP AND I SKIDDED TO A COMPLETE STOP. THE TRUCK WAS UNABLE TO MOVE FORWARD OR BACK AND I HAD TO GET A TOW TO A DODGE DEALERSHIP ON ROUTE 4 IN NEW JERSEY. DODGE REPAIRED THE FRONT AXLE SAYING IT WAS A RECALL OF WHICH I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY NOTICE, ALSO SURESKY DODGE IN GOSHEN, NEW YORK ALWAYS SERVICED MY VEHICLE SINCE I PURCHASED IT NEW IN 2012, THEY NEVER NOTIFIED ME OF SUCH RECALL.
