Consumer Description
I WAS DRIVING BACK HOME AFTER PICKING UP MY SON, DRIVING ABOUT 40 TO 45 MPH WHEN SUDDENLY MY TRUCK STARTED SHAKING AND THE SPEED DROPPED RAPIDLY GOT 10 MPH PUSHING ME AND MY SON FORWARD AGGRESSIVELY... WE WERE FORTUNATE THE TRAFFIC BEHIND WAS FAR FROM US.. AFTER PULLING TO THE SIDE AND TRYING TO GET BACK TO THE ROAD MY TRUCK WOULD NOT ACCELERATE MORE THAN 10 MPH. I TOOK THE TRUCK TO THE DEALERSHIP AND AFTER AN INSPECTION THEY TOLD ME THE CLUTCH WENT OUT. CONSIDERING THIS IS A 2016 RAM 2500 TURBO DIESEL WITH ONLY 24,000 MILES ON IT WITH NO SINGS OF CLUTCH GOING BAD I THINK THIS MAY BEE A DEFECTIVE PART THAT CAUSED THIS INCIDEN...
