Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 CHRYSLER 200. WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED AND THE VEHICLE PULLED TO THE RIGHT. AS A RESULT, THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A TREE AND THEN LANDED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET, CAUSING THE AXLE TO DETACH. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THERE WERE NO INJURIES AND A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO KENDALL DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP (13355 S W 137TH AVE, MIAMI, FL 33186, PHONE NUMBER: (786) 231-2000), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT AN INVESTIGATION WAS CONDUCTED AND DETERMINED THAT THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A TREE. NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 19,000.
