TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD EDGE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER'S DOOR FAILED TO LATCH AND REMAIN CLOSED. THE DOOR AJAR WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE LOCAL DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN A RECALL AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO NHTSA. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 110,000.
