Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 JEEP CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HEADLIGHTS FAILED TO PROVIDE THE PROPER LIGHT COVERAGE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN UNKNOWN DEALER WHERE THE HEADLIGHTS WERE REPLACED WITH AFTERMARKET HEADLIGHTS. THE FAILURE WAS NOT CORRECTED AND THE AFTERMARKET HEADLIGHTS ALSO FAILED TO PROVIDE PROPER LIGHT COVERAGE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT FORWARD AND SIDE LIGHT VISIBILITY WAS NOT PROVIDED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 25,000. *LN
