Consumer Description

WHILE SITTING IN TRAFFIC WITH MY FAMILY THE CAR SUDDENLY WENT INTO NEUTRAL AND WILL NOT COME OUT OF NEUTRAL I READ ON THE INTERNET THERE WAS A RECALL ON THE TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE AND IT EXPLAINS WITH THE EXPLANATION GIVEN FOR THE PROBLEM THE SAME THING THAT HAPPENED TO MY CAR BUT WHEN I CALLED DODGE/CHRYSLER MY VIN WAS NOT ON THE RECALL BUT I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM THIS IS A SAFETY MATTER I WAS ONLY 20 YARDS FROM THE RAILROAD TRACKS LUCKILY ONE WAS ALREADY GOING BY OR THE CAR WOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE TRACKS ANY HELP WITH THIS SITUATION WOULD BE HELPFUL THANKS
