TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD EDGE. WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE, THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME VERY DIFFICULT TO TURN. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER (FRIENDLY FORD LOCATED IN LAS VEGAS, NV), BUT THEY WERE UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT RETRIEVED THE VEHICLE AND THE FAILURE CONTINUED TO OCCUR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND NO ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 6,000.
