TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 JEEP CHEROKEE. WHILE DRIVING UNKNOWN SPEEDS, THE BRAKE, TAIL, AND HEADLIGHTS DIMMED AND FAILED TO RESPOND. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL DEALER (MCLARTY DANIEL CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM, LOCATED AT 2201 SE MOBERLY LAND, BENTONVILLE, AR 72712) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ALTERNATOR MAY NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 55,000.
