TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 MAZDA 3. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 17V082000 (SEATS); HOWEVER, THE PART TO DO THE RECALL REPAIR WAS NOT YET AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. WESTCOTT MAZDA (LOCATED AT 2800 NATIONAL CITY, NATIONAL CITY CA, 91950, TEL: (619)474-1591) WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
