Consumer Description
THE A/C BROKE JUST 2 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE, AND THE DEALERSHIP TOLD ME IT WASN'T COVERED. I HAVE CLIENTS AND CHILDREN IN MY VEHICLE DAILY, AND IN THE EXTREME DC HEAT IT CAN BE VERY DANGEROUS WITH ONLY HOT AIR BLOWING OUT OF THE VENTS. THIS IS A TERRIBLE PROBLEM, AND I WAS TOLD IT IS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT, WHICH MEANS YOU SHOULD RECALL THESE VEHICLES TO BE REPAIRED. I AM UNABLE TO AFFORD IT ON MY OWN, AS I JUST PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE 2 MONTHS AGO!! THIS IS HORRIBLE, FORD SHOULD RECALL THESE IMMEDIATELY!!
