TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE STEERING WHEEL FAILED TO TURN LEFT OR RIGHT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE NEARBY DEALER (BARNES ENTERPRISES LOCATED AT 272 W MAIN ST, EAST BROOKFIELD, MA 01515; (508) 867-7413) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE POWER STEERING RACK NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AT 800-392-3673 AND ADVISED THE CONTACT TO GET THE VEHICLE COMPLETELY DIAGNOSED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 44,000.
