TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT 50 MPH, THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED A SEVERE CHANGE IN DIRECTION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN UNKNOWN DEALER WHERE VARIOUS UNKNOWN PARTS WERE REPLACED FROM THE SUSPENSION. THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 134,440.
