Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 HONDA CROSSTOUR. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO START THE VEHICLE, IT FAILED TO START AND MADE A GRINDING NOISE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE OCCURRED DAILY, BUT INTERMITTENTLY WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO COGGIN HONDA JACKSONVILLE (11003 ATLANTIC BLVD, JACKSONVILLE, FL 32225 (904) 302-8217), BUT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. THE DEALER INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THEY COULD NOT REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE CONTACT FOUND TSB NUMBER: 16-002 ON THE CARS.COM WEBSITE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 129.
