Consumer Description

RECEIVING ERROR MESSAGE AND CHIME WARNING 'KEY IN IGNITION' WHEN IGNITION IS IN THE OFF POSITION IN THE KEY COMPLETE REMOVED. TOOK VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP, SERVICE DEPARTMENT COULD NOT FIND ANY FAULT CODES NOR REPLICATE THE PROBLEM. THEY RE-FLASHED THE CPU TO CORRECT ANOTHER PROBLEM WITH THIS VEHICLE; HOWEVER IT DID NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM. THE PROBLEM FIRST HAPPEN AT ~5,000 MILES. I CAPTURED PROBLEM VIA PHOTO TO TAKE TO THE DEALERSHIP. AS OF TODAY THE PROBLEM STILL OCCURS.
