Consumer Description

"VANOS SYSTEM RECALL" I ATTEMPTED TO START MY VEHICLE AND IT STALLED WHILE DRIVING. I CONTACTED A MECHANIC WHO STATED AFTER A DIAGNOSTIC TEST IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT MY VANOS BOLTS WERE DAMAGED. I ALSO DID MY RESEARCH AND DISCOVERED THAT BMW HAS AN NATIONWIDE RECALL ON A DEFECT IN THE VANOS UNIT HOUSING GROUP FOR THE YEARS 2010-2012. MY VEHICLE FALLS UNDER THIS BUT WHEN I ATTEMPT TO LOOK FOR MY VEHICLE RECALLS THERE IS NONE. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS ISSUE.
