Consumer Description

WHEN THE VEHICLE AUTOMATICALLY GOES INTO V4 MODE THERE IS A VIBRATION INSIDE THE CABIN. THE VIBRATION ALSO SOUNDS LIKE A BOOM NOISE INSIDE THE CABIN AND THE VEHICLE SHAKES WHILE DRIVING. THE PROBLEM SEEMS TO OCCUR AT 1500-1700 RPMS AND WILL CONTINUE UNTIL YOU ACCELERATE AND MAKE THE VEHICLE GO BACK INTO V6 MODE. DEALER ATTEMPTED TO FIX THE PROBLEM ON 2 OCCASIONS BUT WAS UNABLE TO. DEALER ACKNOWLEDGED THE PROBLEM AND CATEGORIZED IT AS A VIBRATION, DRONE, FLUTTER OR BOOM NOISE INSIDE THE CABIN WHILE VEHICLE IS IN AFM V4 MODE. PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN FIXED.
