Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 CHRYSLER 200. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HEADLAMPS FAILED TO ILLUMINATE WHEN THE SWITCH WAS ACTIVATED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TAIL LAMPS, INTERIOR LIGHTING, AND INSTRUMENT PANEL ILLUMINATED WHEN THE HEADLAMP SWITCH WAS ACTIVATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 21,000.
