TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 DODGE JOURNEY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HORN SOUNDED NUMEROUS TIMES WITHOUT WARNING WITHIN LESS THAN A MONTH OF OWNING THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO REPLICATE AND DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT WAS UNCERTAIN IF THE DEALER WOULD BE ABLE TO PROVIDE A SOLUTION. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000.
