THE TIMING CHAIN FAILED CAUSING MASSIVE ENGINE DAMAGE, DESPITE ROUTINE MAINTENANCE. THE FAILURE HAPPENED WITHOUT WARNING AND CAUSED MASSIVE DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE.
