TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHEVROLET TRAILBLAZER. ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, WHILE DRIVING, THE LOW BEAM HEADLAMPS FAILED TO REMAIN ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V519000 (EXTERIOR LIGHTING). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 134,000.
