Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD FOCUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER'S SIDE SEAT BELT RETRACTED PROPERLY, BUT FAILED TO LOCK TO SECURE THE DRIVER. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER AND THE SEAT BELT BUCKLE WAS REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE, BUT PROVIDED NO SOLUTION. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
