Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 HONDA CIVIC. THE CONTACT STATED THAT DURING COLD WEATHER CONDITIONS AND AFTER STARTING THE VEHICLE, COLD AIR EMITTED THROUGH THE VEHICLE WITHOUT THE A/C BEING ACTIVATED. IN ADDITION, THE ENGINE REVVED AND THE VEHICLE FAILED TO DRIVE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50. UPDATED 08/15/17*LJ *CN
