Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD EDGE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE GEAR SHIFTER FAILED TO DISPLAY THE PARK LIGHT WHEN THE CONTACT PLACED THE GEAR INTO PARK. THE CONTACT SPOKE WITH A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE DEALER AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE GEAR SHIFTER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 35,000. UPDATED 08/08/17*LJ
