Consumer Description
THE VEHICLE WAS TRAVELING ON A HIGHWAY, WHEN SUDDENLY A LOUD "POP" NOISE (UNKNOWN ORIGIN) WAS HEARD. AFTER PULLING SAFELY TO THE SIDE OF HIGHWAY, A LARGE POOL OF FLUID WAS NOTICED UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE, SMOKE BEGAN COMING FROM UNDER THE HOOD AND WITHIN MINUTES THE ENTIRE VEHICLE WAS ENGULFED IN FLAMES AND A TOTAL LOSS. THE CAR HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN SERVICED WITH OIL CHANGE AND FUEL INJECTION CLEANING TWO WEEKS PRIOR (3/4/2017). NO PRIOR MECHANICAL ISSUES . APPROX 39,000 MILES ON ODOMETER
