Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE EXTERIOR WINDOW PANELS FAILED ON THE FRONT PASSENGER AND DRIVER SIDE DOORS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THIS WAS THE THIRD TIME THE FAILURE OCCURRED AND THE PANELS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE FIRST TWO TIMES THEY WERE REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY; HOWEVER, THE MANUFACTURER DECLINED TO REPAIR THE LAST FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 25,000.
