Consumer Description

HAD SEVERAL RECALLS SENT BUT EVERYTIME I CONTACT AND TOOK MY CAR . BMW STATED THAT PARTS ARE NOT IN. BEEN 2 YEARS, SO I WAS STILL PAYING AND THEN TOLD UNTIL GET GET FIXED. NO PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE ON A CAR THEY KNEW WAS A SAFETY HAZARD AND DID NOT FOR 2 YEARS. TOOK CAR AGAIN IN 2/2017. SAME ANSWER. NOW THEY WANT TO TAKE CARE AND CHARGE ME DUE TO THEIR LACK TO SERVICE MY BMW , WHICH IS A SAFETY HAZARD TO DRIVE
