TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 50 MPH WITH THE DEFROSTER ACTIVATED, THE CONTACT HEARD A LOUD NOISE AND THE REAR PASSENGER WINDOW SHATTERED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 74,000. UPDATED 04/18/17 LJ *CN
