TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD F-150. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED OVERNIGHT, THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE WINDOW GLASS SHATTERED INTO PIECES WITHOUT WARNING. THE LOCAL DEALER WAS NOTIFIED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 71,500.
