TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 RAM 2500. WHILE DRIVING 20 MPH, THE VEHICLE DRIFTED FROM ONE LANE TO ANOTHER WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO CONTROL THE STEERING WHEEL. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE DRAG-LINK HAD TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 52,507.
