TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 CHEVROLET MALIBU. WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH, THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED A LOSS OF POWER STEERING. THE VEHICLE WAS DIFFICULT TO MANEUVER AND A LOUD NOISE WAS HEARD COMING FROM THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE WHEEL. THE TRACTION WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES, THE VEHICLE WAS ABLE TO OPERATE NORMALLY, BUT WAS VIBRATING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 100,000.
