TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 GMC TERRAIN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS CEASED TO FUNCTION DURING INCLEMENT WEATHER. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT REFERENCED NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V582000 (VISIBILITY), BUT THE VIN WAS EXCLUDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 77,000. THE VIN WAS NOT PROVIDED.
