Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 FORD WINDSTAR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRAME WAS RUSTED AND THE SLIDING DOORS FAILED TO SECURE. IN ADDITION, THE FUEL TANK MOUNTING BRACKETS WERE RUSTED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DEALER REFUSED TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE ON THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V608000 (SUSPENSION). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 150,000.
