TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 INFINITI QX60. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS SERVICED PER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V381000 (AIR BAGS), BUT THE REMEDY CAUSED THE AIR BAG WARNING INDICATOR TO REMAIN ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE DEALER FAILED TO DIAGNOSE OR REPAIR THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS INVALID. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 10,418.
