TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD ESCAPE HYBRID. WHILE FUELING THE VEHICLE, THE FUEL BEGAN TO LEAK OUT. THE FAILURE OCCURRED ONCE THE FUEL TANK WAS FILLED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 75,000.
