REPORTED OUR PROBLEM IN MAY 2016 -- RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE MONTHS AFTERWARD, HOWEVER, DEALERSHIP SAID "DIDN'T APPLY TO OUR VEHICLE" - WE HAD EXACT STATED PROBLEM ON THE RECALL NOTICE - SO CONFUSED, FRUSTRATED, NOT TO MENTION AFRAID TO TAKE VEHICLE ON LONG TRIPS ON EXPRESSWAYS - WE RENT CARS FOR THIS (OUR PROBLEM: VEHICLE TURNED "OFF" COMPLETELY IN THE MIDDLE OF A BUSY EXPRESSWAY - WE ARE LUCKY TO BE ALIVE!)
