TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 DODGE DURANGO. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY, THE FUEL TANK SPILLED FUEL ONTO THE GROUND. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 117,000.
