Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD FOCUS. WHILE DRIVING 15 MPH, THE VEHICLE SHOOK VIOLENTLY AND FAILED TO START. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE CLUTCH FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. IN ADDITION, THE FRONT PASSENGER AND REAR DRIVER SIDE POWER WINDOWS FAILED TO FUNCTION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 94,000.
