TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 HONDA CR-V. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS IN RAINY WEATHER, THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS FAILED TO OPERATE ON THE LOW OR INTERMITTENT SETTINGS. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE FAILURE RECURRED INTERMITTENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC AND THE DEALER, BUT THE FAILURE WAS UNABLE TO BE DETERMINED OR DUPLICATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 28,000.
