TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD EDGE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR AJAR WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL AND FAILED TO TURN OFF. AS A RESULT, THE VEHICLE LOST POWER. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER, BUT THE FAILURE WAS NOT ABLE TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 53,000.
