TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 DODGE JOURNEY. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO START THE VEHICLE, IT FAILED TO START WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE STARTER AND BATTERY WERE CHANGED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
