Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 TOYOTA CAMRY. WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, THE SUN VISOR SLOWLY ROTATED DOWNWARD. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THERE WAS AN EXTENDED WARRANTY CAMPAIGN FOR THE FAILURE, BUT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 105,000.
