Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 GMC ENVOY. WHILE DRIVING AT UNKNOWN SPEEDS, THE HEADLIGHTS STOPPED WORKING WITHOUT WARNING. ONLY THE HIGH BEAMS WORKED PROPERLY. THE CONTACT INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AND DETERMINED THAT THE HEADLIGHT MODULE RELAY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE FAILURE RECURRED SEVERAL TIMES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 208,103.
