TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD FOCUS. UPON REFUELING THE VEHICLE, WHEN MAKING A STOP OR A TURN, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO ACCELERATE WHEN THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. THE DEALER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE SEVERAL TIMES AND WERE UNABLE TO FIND A SIGNAL OR DTC TO REPLICATE AND DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT WAS TO CHECK WITH THE MANUFACTURER TO DETERMINE IF THEY COULD PROVIDE A REPAIR SOLUTION TO THE DEALER. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 27,000.
