TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD FOCUS. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO CLOSE THE FRONT AND REAR DRIVER DOORS, BOTH DOOR LATCHES FAILED. THE FAILURE RECURRED TWICE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000. THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED.
