TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHEVROLET SONIC. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY, THE BUTTON ON THE SHIFTING LEVER BECAME STUCK AND WOULD NOT RELEASE WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS SHIFTED INTO PARK. AS A RESULT, THE IGNITION KEY BECAME STUCK IN THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO BE REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 29,300.
