Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHRYSLER 200. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 70 MPH, THE DRIVER'S SEAT HEADREST FRACTURED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE SPRING FRACTURED AND THE HEADREST NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 64,000.
