VEHICLE WOULD NOT GO IN REVERSE WHEN PUT IN REVERSE. ALSO, WHEN THE NEW PART WAS DELIVERED TO FIX THE VEHICLE, THEY DELIVERED A DAMAGED PART AND HAD TO SEND IT BACK AND RE-ORDER A FUNCTIONAL PART.
