TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 RAM 2500. AFTER HITTING A BUMP IN THE ROAD AT APPROXIMATELY 60 MPH, THE VEHICLE SWERVED FROM LEFT TO RIGHT AND SHOOK UNCONTROLLABLY. THE FAILURE RECURRED MULTIPLE TIMES AND AT VARIOUS SPEEDS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER, BUT WAS UNABLE TO BE REPAIRED DUE TO MODIFICATIONS TO THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V541000 (STEERING). THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 33,000.
