Consumer Description

WHEN I AM PUTTING MY CAR IN GEAR I HAVE MY FOOT ON THE BRAKE AND THE CAR ACCELERATES AT FULL SPEED WHILE MY FOOT IS STILL ON THE BRAKES. I CAN ALSO BE AT A STOP LIGHT AND THE CAR WILL ACCELERATE AT FULL SPEED WHILE STATIONARY. MY REVERSE ALSO DOESN'T GO BACKWARDS AT A NORMAL SPEED, IT ALSO STALLS AS I AM ATTEMPTING TO REVERSE.
